Position Summary

ArisGlobal is looking for an Associate Vice President of Product Management to come and join our team of Product professionals, delivering world-class pharmacovigilance software for the Life Sciences industry. The ideal candidate will bring extensive AI and Gen AI expertise which will help drive product strategy across all ArisGlobal software offerings. In addition, this leader will have significant experience in a global company that is focused on bringing world-class products to market. They will have a passion for being a strategic leader who will direct their team to provide a positive impact for the customer, marketplace, and company.  The role is a Global role, preferred location for the candidate would be aligned to one of our locations, US, UK, Europe or India.

Responsibilities

  • Development and execution of a comprehensive product strategy focused on delivering AI capabilities to our Portfolio of offerings.   Responsible for delivering platform and enterprise wide capabilities and services for consumption within our different domains.
  • Strong collaboration is key in this role, working across the enterprise with peers across all domains to ensure that platform capabilities deliver measurable ROI for our customers.
  • Collaborate with ArisGlobal’s Safety & Regulatory heads on AI technologies to further deliver capabilities.
  • Represent ArisGlobal in conferences, customer, prospect, and partner meetings, using strong communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Track the competitive landscape and industry trends of AI to further pivot product strategy and develop and maintain product differentiation. 
  • Communicate product strategy to every audience.
  • Be a strategic partner to the ArisGlobal leadership team on the ever-changing nature of AI.
  • Responsible for product roadmaps, and manage the entire product lifecycle.
  • Lead a team of talented product management professionals including career planning, performance management and exceptional coaching.
  • Coordinate implementation of product & process improvements to deliver superior customer experience.
  • Drive results, track, and communicate key metrics and how the team is meeting objectives.

Your Experience

  • 10+ years of relevant working experience and in a leadership role managing a global Product team and driving the roadmap strategy for a large Product Management team, overseeing multiple product cycles within the same product.
  • Deep knowledge of AI & Generative AI technologies required.
  • Understanding of the SaaS business model and proven success in B2B product initiatives & leadership.
  • Experience building and leading high-performance product teams.
  • Undergraduate degree in a technical field; MBA preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
  • Excellent communication and ability to influence stakeholders to build support for team’s priorities across the company.
  • Experience working in the Life Sciences industry preferred.
  • Working in an agile development environment preferred.
