Role: Senior Consultant/ Consultant – Application Support (Japanese Language Proficiency along with English), Bilingual

Experience Required      : 3-5 years
Work Location                  : Mysore/ Bangalore (Karnataka)
Shift                                    : Flexible to work in different shifts (JST hours Preferrable)
Department                      : Managed Services @AG

Prerequisites for the role:

• 3- 5 years of working experience in Software applications
• Good to have knowledge in ARISg, Argus or any other Safety Applications
• Japanese language proficiency (Level N2 and above).
   

Responsibilities:

• Japanese language proficiency (Level N2 and above). Possess conversational skills to interact with our clients in Japan, and to interpret and translate the business requirement back to development team who knows only English
• Manage change/ service requests coming from end users/clients using ArisGlobal products
• Take complete ownership of change ticket resolution and co-ordinate on maintenance activities of the ArisGlobal Safety system and supporting applications
• To work with various ArisGlobal product & application installation and configuration, data corrections, customizations involving Oracle/Postgre Database scripts or Java Scripts.
• To address the customers on technical questions regarding the use of and troubleshooting of our products.
• To be a point of contact for customers/ stakeholders of Arisglobal
• Work on customer specific or product specific or internal function specific end to end product deployments/upgrades
