Overall Experience:

  • Overall experience of around 8-10 years in PMO function.
  • OpenAir administration for 4-5 years in PMO function.
  • 3-4 years of Resource Management experience with OpenAir tool in Professional Services.

 

OpenAir Admin Skills :

  • Managing Global Settings like Creation and Maintaining Work Schedules, License, Management, Import/Export activities, Custom field creation and management, Role permission and Access, updating current and other modules.
  • Managing Application Settings like Project Level Forms, Internals switches, Notification and alerts, Skill Set Module,
  • Integration Manager – Bulk upload or user records, bookings, Project information.  Data Migration as well
  • Creation of Customers and Customer Mapping to SAP Customer Information
  • Job Codes & Rate Cards – Maintaining Rate cards and Job codes, Annual Rate card review, Job Code creation, Rate card creation and Discounted Rate card creation based on the project currency
  • Resources Management: Monitor booking module, Approval/ Rejection of bookings, User assistance on Worksheet module and Project Bookings, Booking against Actuals, Work exception management, User cost mapping based on Job codes, Managing and mapping user information (Designation, Job code, Role, Manager name) on a fort nightly basis.
  • Periodically review and audit project and user information to ensure setup is aligned with the organization need.
  • Timesheets: User assistance on approvals and rejections of timesheets.
  • Work with Presales team to ensure project estimates are updated during project creation.
  • Reports: Creating & scheduling Reports. Periodically review the available OA reports and its currency and usage. 

 

Power BI Reports Development Skills:

  • Reports Development
  • Integration PowerBI with Excel, OpenAir,
  • Nice to have SFDC and Jira

 

Soft skills:

  • Effectively adopt to organizational changes and train the user groups at large.
  • Ability to understand the complexity of problems and drive solutioning by working with various leaders across professional services.
  • Ability to work with cross functional stakeholders and communicate clearly and build strong relationships.
