Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain web applications using Java for backend and React.js/JavaScript for frontend using Agile methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Developing applications in SaaS approach would be a plus.

Requirements: Education/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4-8 years of total full stack development experience on Java, J2EE, ReactJS, PostgreSQL/Oracle and 1-2 years of coding experience in ReactJS/Angular is a must.
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role. Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot for backend development. Solid experience with React.js and Redux for frontend development.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services. Knowledge of database systems like PostgreSQL or Oracle.
• Experience with version control systems such as GitHub. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Technical Skills: Core Java J2EE, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ReactJS, Redux, React hooks, PostgreSQL, GitHub, Ajax and Framework like Spring, Hibernate, JPA / EclipseLink.
