Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Specialist with 2-5 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in executing end-to-end marketing campaigns, email automation, campaign project management and reporting. This role will support the marketing department in delivering strategic initiatives aimed at generating leads and nurturing customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Management: In partnership with marketing leadership, organize and execute marketing demand generation campaigns across various channels - primarily owning email and facilitating digital ad development. 
• Email Marketing: Create, manage, and optimize email marketing campaigns (nurture + ABM programs), including writing copy, segmenting audiences, and analyzing performance metrics. Understand A/B testing strategies. 
• Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns by partnering with other marketing team members and using reporting tools to measure ROI and campaign success.
• Develop and manage the creation of content that supports key programs. Content can include: Sell Sheets, Checklists, Blogs, etc. 
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (sales, product marketing, PR, design, digital and demand generation) to ensure consistent messaging and support business objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2-5 years of experience in marketing specialist or demand generation role.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Skills:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to be used primarily in marketing email writing.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation software (Pardot preferred but not required) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva) is a plus.
  • Understanding of ABM principles and process is also a plus 
  • Knowledge of email strategy best practices. 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
