Position Summary

ArisGlobal is looking for a strong Senior Vice President, Product Management - Safety leader to come join a team of product managers and product owners in delivering world-class pharmacovigilance software for the Life Sciences industry. We are looking for an experienced and outstanding leader who can help drive product strategy, product planning for our LifeSphere Mutlivigilance product line. We are looking for an individual with strong product management experience developing solutions for life science or healthcare customers. In addition, our SVP, Product Management - Safety will have significant experience in a global company that is focused on bringing world-class products to market. They will have a passion for being a strategic leader who will direct their team to provide positive impact for the customer, marketplace, and company.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives; define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and manage the entire product lifecycle.
• Lead and grow a team of talented product management professionals including career planning, performance management and exceptional coaching.
• Coordinate implementation of product & process improvements to deliver superior customer experience.
• Collaborate with development, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver cohesive and successful product offerings.Represent ArisGlobal in conferences, customer, prospect, and partner meetings.
• Be a change champion to lead the adoption of product management methodologies & agile processes.
• Track competitive landscape and industry trends and pivot product strategy to develop and maintain product differentiation. 
• Drive results, track, and communicate key metrics and how the team are meeting objectives.
• Communicate product strategy to every audience.

Your Experience

• 15+ years of relevant working experience with at least 3+ years of experience in an SVP leadership role managing a global Product team and driving the roadmap strategy for a large Product Management team, overseeing multiple product cycles within the same product.
• Deep understanding of SaaS business and proven success in B2B product initiatives & leadership.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the life science domain of Pharmacovigilance with knowledge of affiliate management, general data entry conventions, data analysis, compliance monitoring, dictionary management, coding conventions, aggregate report planning & preparations, and regulatory submissions (US & EU procedures).
• Experience building and leading high performance product teams.
• Undergraduate degree in technical field; MBA preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast paced, constantly changing environment
• Excellent communication and ability to influence stakeholders to build support for team’s priorities across the company.
• Experience working in an agile development environment preferred.
