Position Summary
We are looking for a rockstar Manager/Sr. Manager of Demand Generation to be part of a hungry and humble team of marketers. The ideal candidate has B2B SaaS experience (life sciences/pharma/healthcare a plus) and is well-versed in creating data-driven campaigns and programs that support marketing KPIs and ultimately – revenue.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute short- and long-term multi-channel campaigns/programs to drive leads into the sales pipeline
- Lead ABM programs and traditional campaign strategies + execution across channels to achieve demand generation targets
- Monitor and optimize campaigns and programs that leverage digital-first channels such as email, SEM, SEO, display and social
- Assist in campaign-related landing page strategy and development
- Develop or update prospect buyer journeys and understand how and where buyers look for information, how they buy
- Assist in email content development as needed, targeting prospect throughout the prospect buying journey
- Work with a team of other sharp digital marketing professionals, collaborating with other departments, such as sales, sales enablement, product and product marketing
- Conduct ongoing research to better identify target audiences and how to reach them
- Track, report, and analyze program performance, make recommendations for further improvement (MQL/SQL channel attribution)
- Manage Martech stack and marketing operations activities related to campaign execution and reporting

Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of marketing experience, within software B2B companies, heavy emphasis on driving demand – Previous demand generation role(s) a must with strong digital background
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in marketing or similar
- Experience managing and monitoring performance/effectiveness of digital marketing programs primarily leveraging email, SEM, SEO, and social – overall attribution modeling
- Experience in leveraging GenAI marketing tools like CopyAI or Jasper to develop content
- Analytical thinking skills - using data to drive strategy and focus efforts
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Knowledge of techs stack tools such as: SalesForce, Pardot, 6Sense ABM, SalesLoft, WP Engine (or equivalents)
