Technical Recruiter - Budapest, HU

ArisGlobal is growing fast than ever. As we evolve, we have a need for an additional Technical Recruiter to represent our coveted Talent Acquisition Team for RoW ("Rest of World") recruiting. The Senior Technical Recruiter will work from our Budapest location (flex-remote) bringing a firm understanding of the EU market, specifically technical talent. The ideal, talented, Senior Technical Recruiter is a candidate advocate who integrates seamlessly into the organization, working alongside our current Talent Acquisition team, Hiring Managers, and future colleagues.

 

As the Technical Recruiter:

  • You understand the needs of the business (scaling, growth surrounding large incremental investments) while also placing high importance on the needs of the candidate and what they experience throughout the talent acquisition process at AG.
  • You thrive in a hands-on, fast-paced environment and is eager to help our business grow by finding the best talent in the market. Your efforts will be crucial for the success of our corporate recruiting efforts in this region and truly, for the organization as we function as a team in HR/Talent Acquisition.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • You will manage the full-cycle recruiting process from start-to-finish.
  • Partner with hiring managers across various functional areas during intake calls to understand recruiting needs, challenges, and forecasts.
  • Conduct high volume candidate assessment and phone screens or in-person interviews to support hiring manager decision.
  • Work alongside Partner Agencies, building relationships and bridging the gap for difficult to place, high priority roles.
  • Work with hiring managers and interview teams to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood + candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria.
  • Communicate and negotiate offers of employment with candidates. Serve as contact person for questions from candidates.
  • Arrange and/or attend job fairs or any other event which may produce talent for the organization.
  • Post recruiting ads using our Applicant Tracking System (knowledge of SAP - Success Factors - a strong plus) and LinkedIn.
  • Search for the most efficient ways of advertising on different platforms. Customize wording and advertisement for different target groups.
  • Develop ArisGlobal’s positioning on the labor market, with improved materials and communication, and create valuable connections with possible target groups.
  • Improve the candidate experience during our selection processes in harmony with our company values.

 

Requirements: Education/Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related fields.
  • 4-5+ years’ experience Technical Recruiting; combo of other recruiting experience "ok" AKA Life Science, Health Care, Corporate; *must have some Technical experience.
  • Understanding of terminology of software/cloud solutions company.
  • Global experience preferred, in diverse culture.

  • Industry awareness: SaaS & Life Science (highly preferred).
  • Strong ability to communicate messages across many mediums (Direct Message, Email, Text, Teams, Slack, smoke signals, can-on-string, etc.).
  • Above average communication skills, written and verbal, in Hungarian and English (your daily working languages and you need to work with global teams).
  • Effective time-management skills + expert at multi-tasking.
  • Able to analyze and relate organizational needs to candidates; you will play the role of bridging the gap between valued talent and our organization.
  • Patience and experience working with many types of people.
  • Motivated and ambitious to hit challenging goals & high-volume, difficult to fill, recruitment requirements. 
  • Flexible and resilient with change, able to work in a dynamic and growing organization.
  • An independent worker who can also be successful, working cohesively w/ a team.
  • Mindset to work diligently under high-stress and tight deadlines.
  • Worked with other time-zones.

 

Working Conditions

  • We offer a mix of remote and in-house, office environment (flextime).
  • Office is located with an amazing view of the Árpád Bridge, from the 11th floor.
  • Ability to travel up to 5% of the time as needed.
