Position Summary

The Manager / Sr. FP&A Manager will be part of ArisGlobal’s Finance team and support the Company’s global Technology organization, which includes Cloud Architecture and Operations, Research & Development, and Information Security, and will also support the Company’s Professional Services organization. This position is expected to interface with Executive Management, as well as all parts of the Finance & Accounting groups to ensure rigorous analysis and responsive communication to all stakeholders. The Manager / Sr. FP&A Manager will be strongly motivated and an independent self-starter. The Sr. Commercial Finance Manager will report directly to the Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Global Technology and Professional Services teams to drive actionable insights on reporting monthly, quarterly and annual results vs budgets  
  • Track, monitor and report on key KPIs within the Global Technology and Professional Services Organizations
  • Maintain accurate alignment of headcount and cost centers within the Global Technology and Professional Services Organizations
  • Own the budgeting process for the Global Technology and Professional Services Organizations
  • and laisse with key stakeholders cross functionally
  • Own the monthly and quarterly forecasting process for the Global Technology and Professional Services Organizations
  • Serve as the Financial Business Partner to all key stakeholders across the the Global Technology and Professional Services Organizations
  • Drive continuous improvements within and the Global Technology and Professional Services teams to streamline monthly/quarterly/annual processes
  • Support in the data and content creation of monthly and quarterly presentations both internally and externally to the Board of Directors.

Your Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of FP&A business partnering experience or FP&A experience (ideally within software/technology industries)
  • Preferably FP&A business partnering experience across Research & Development, Professional Services or within a Technology organization

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Ability to work in a global environment with teams spread across the United States, Europe and Asia
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments, process good judgement, and prioritize projects and time
  • Ability to communicate effectively to all levels within the organization
  • Develop high levels of credibility and display strong team building and business partnering skills
  • Must possess excellent analytical (MS Excel), conceptual, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with Financial systems (Salesforce, SAP, Netsuite)
