Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in computer or related engineering field
  • Additional qualifications in Healthcare, Medical Sciences, Computer science
  • Overall IT industry experience of 6+ years
  • Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience as Business Analyst in the Product Management area
  • Experience in the solutions like Clinical Trial Management, Electronic Data Capture, and Clinical development
  • Experience to Life Science industry particularly Document Management/eTMF, Structured Component Authoring, Regulatory Dossier Management is an advantage

 

Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills - written & verbal
  • Ability to deal with the inherent ambiguity related to requirements definition and analysis and provides clarifications to cross functional teams as required
  • Excellent abilities in working the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), JIRA
  • Ability to work on UML Modeling/ writing Use Cases
  • Experience in working with cross functional teams (testing, development, SMEs, Product Managers)
  • Experience with user documentation review and testing activities.
  • Understanding of product life cycle management
  • Good understanding of software technologies and methodologies, especially any forms of Agile

 

Roles & Responsibility:

  • Working with product Technical Managers to understand product requirements
  • Assisting Product Technical Managers with Requirements Documentation support
  • Analyzing requirements and generating use cases, activity diagrams for assigned functionality
  • Assisting Product Technical Managers to develop and refine prototypes by working with User Experience team
  • Assisting Product Technical Managers with Product Trainings/ Product Demos etc
  • Application testing, review and formalizing feedback from various sources
  • Application demo and internal product training for stakeholders
