ArisGlobal is seeking a passionate, proactive, creative Senior UX Designer to join our design team. This role will be positioned in the United States (South FL/East Coast) and we are also open to global talent: Europe (Hungary/Germany).

About the Role

The UX Designer in this role will have a strong background and passion in UX Research and will work collaboratively to reveal what users need from our products by conducting primary research, exploring behaviors and motivations, and working with teams of designers, product managers, engineers, and others to develop new features. This designer will also have a solid foundational knowledge of design principles where they can take these findings and bring solutions to life. This role will require effective partnership with Marketing, Product Management, Engineering, Data Analytics, User Research and Design Language. The best candidate for the position is someone with effective communication skills, who can manage processes, and work collaboratively. This role is currently remote.

 

Responsibilities

  • Generate user testing plans and lead moderated and unmoderated user testing
  • Inspire change by delivering exciting presentations about their research findings
  • Define the jobs-to-be-done from a deep understanding of user’s intent/business objectives
  • Define low and high-fidelity designs and click-through prototypes
  • Contribute effectively to design system and help evolve visual vocabulary and pattern library
  • Collaborate w/ Dev and QA to ensure design quality at each step of the process
  • Present designs and concepts to product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders
  • Design end-to-end customer journeys across digital platforms

 

Qualifications Technical Skills Required

  • Thorough knowledge of user-centered design principles and approach, design best practices, and the jobs-to-be-done concept
  • Proficient in Figma, Sketch, InVision, Adobe XD and MURAL experience a plus
  • Experience building/working with component-based design systems, A/B testing and informing designs with data, and applying Accessibility best practices (WCAG)
  • Good understanding of Web technologies and their impact on UI design
  • Time spent working in a full lifecycle Lean/Agile delivery model

Qualifications

  • 7+ years’ experience in UX, Design required
  • Bachelor's Degree in Art & Design, Human Factors, related; 4-yr University/College required
  • Digital portfolio for review required
