Position Summary
ArisGlobal is looking for a strong product leader to join the NavaX team to help scale our AI-enabled platform and drive strategic execution across customer, market, and cross-functional initiatives. We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual who will support the General Manager of NavaX in delivering measurable ROI through targeted growth programmes, customer engagement strategies, and operational enablement across GenAI capabilities.
NavaX is entering a critical growth phase, scaling its AI capabilities across global markets and delivering transformative value to life sciences customers. This role is designed for someone who is immersed in the pace and potential of AI developments and thrives in execution - ensuring that cross-functional teams are aligned and delivering against performance goals, while representing NavaX in selected customer and industry engagements. The individual will report to the General Manager, NavaX.
Responsibilities
- Drive strategic execution across NavaX’s AI-enabled product portfolio, ensuring alignment with measurable customer outcomes.
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery efforts, ensuring operational momentum across product, engineering, delivery, and commercial teams.
- Develop and implement growth programmes that support NavaX’s scaling ambition.
- Lead the design and execution of customer engagement strategies, including forums, feedback loops, and strategic artefacts.
- Represent NavaX in selected customer, partner, and industry engagements.
- Support strategic planning and prioritisation by contributing to roadmap heuristics, market sequencing, and execution frameworks.
- Champion operational excellence by identifying and resolving cross-functional delivery gaps, risks, and dependencies.
- Track competitive landscape and industry trends to inform strategic pivots and maintain product differentiation.
- Communicate NavaX’s product strategy and execution priorities across internal and external audiences.
Your Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Data Science; advanced degree (MBA or MSc) preferred.
- 12+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in product leadership roles with a focus on AI technologies and data-driven platforms.
- Proven success in delivering AI-enabled products or platforms, ideally within regulated or enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of GenAI, LLMs, and emerging AI architectures, with the ability to translate technical capabilities into business impact.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional execution across product, engineering, delivery, and commercial teams.
- Experience in customer-facing roles, including strategic engagements, forums, and market representation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across functions and levels.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and iterative product delivery cycles.
