Position Summary
ArisGlobal is looking for a top-notch Product Manager with a passion to shape and drive the success of our next-generation LifeSphere Regulatory products.
This role will work with various teams in the product development process, and would be primarily responsible to plan and track releases, manage/oversee the product backlog, translate product strategy into detailed requirements as well as to collaborate with various stakeholders across the organisations such as marketing, sales, account management, consulting and operations on product initiatives, client engagements, operational meetings.
The ideal candidate is a problem solver who has strong product management skills and a great mix of regulatory domain & technical/system understanding. Experience with enterprise SaaS is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities
- Work with product owners and development teams to implement new LifeSphere Regulatory product capabilities
- Work with architects to define standards to be implemented in the LifeSphere Regulatory platform, for instance related to configuration capabilities, design, etc…
- Work with consulting and account management teams to understand current product challenges and new client requirements
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements by developing detailed documentation and managing/overseeing the product backlog
- Plan and track releases, prepare product governance documentation and keep stakeholders informed by regularly sharing progress on existing product initiatives as well as future roadmap plans
Your Experience
- 7+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in SaaS organizations
- Life Sciences and/or Regulatory domain knowledge is a plus
- Proven ability to manage roadmaps, track cross-functional dependencies, and prioritize effectively
- Exceptional analytical and qualitative skills to understand and define customer needs
- Experience with agile development methodologies and tools
- Experience with bringing functional and technical concepts together
- Good understanding of technical implementation concepts
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Passion for developing quality and value products
