Position Summary
ArisGlobal is looking for a strong product management leader to join the regulatory product team to shape world-class software with the focus on the regulatory platform and AI-enabled products. We are looking for a skilled and motivated individual who will drive product strategy and innovation of the regulatory SaaS platform and AI-enabled part of the product portfolio. We are looking for an individual with strong product management experience with solutions for life science customers or other regulated industries. The individual will report to the Vice President, Regulatory Product Management.
Responsibilities
- Work with leadership and key stakeholders to define, accelerate, and deliver on product strategy.
- Develop compelling roadmap focusing on market problems that is validated with voice of customer.
- Deep understanding of SaaS and AI trends with ability to embrace new opportunities for leveraging state-of-the-art technology
- Coordinate implementation of product & process improvements to deliver superior operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Represent ArisGlobal in conferences, customer, prospect, and partner meetings.
- Be a change champion to lead the adoption of product management methodologies & agile processes.
- Track competitive landscape and industry trends and pivot product strategy to develop and maintain product differentiation.
- Define, track, and communicate key metrics and how the team are meeting objectives.
- Communicate product strategy to every audience.
Education & Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree, MBA preferred
- 15+ years of relevant working experience with at least 5 years in leadership positions
- Deep understanding of SaaS business and proven success in B2B product initiatives & leadership.
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to work independently, be self-motivated and proactive
- Excellent communication and ability to influence stakeholders to build support for team’s priorities across the company.
- Able to distill product roadmap into relevant presentations depending on the audience.
- Working in an agile development environment.
Preferred Experience
- Prior experience in the Life Sciences domain is highly preferred.
- Prior experience in building AI products or platforms designed to automate or augment enterprise workflows.
- Understanding of modern platform architectures, scalability, and performance considerations for service-oriented and AI-driven products.
- Experience managing large, technically complex product programs spanning multiple teams.
- Formal degree in a technical field such as Computer Science is highly preferred.
