Position Summary

We are searching for a Senior Technical Consultant to join our Service Delivery team based in Zagreb, Croatia. The role will require someone to work a hybrid office schedule (2-3 days in the office per week)

Responsibilities

Project Implementation:

• • Excellent analytical skills and creativity in proposing multiple options/solutions for requests, and selecting the best one based on the customer's business requirements.
  • Provide direction and support to internal and external team members required for solution configuration.
  • Act as subject matter expert for projects including analysis of legacy files, matching of data and validating data
  • Perform technical workshop with clients to gather business requirements for data migration
  • Design, develop and perform legacy data migrations
  • Manage the preparation and implementation of all project-related items
  • Write advanced DQL queries
  • Actively share knowledge about LS project and implementation methodologies and tools, and recommend enhancements
  • Detect areas for improvement in the context of the practices and processes used
  • Deliver the result of personal work on time and in accordance with the instructions of the project manager
  • Manages error cause analysis processes and implements defined corrective and preventive actions within deadlines and turns them into learning opportunities

Business Analysis:

• • Provide experience in the process of solution preparation for client with the support of a senior consultant
  • Manage the preparation of technical documentation for the client (User Requirements, Migration Plan, Migration Specification, Testing documentation, etc.) and suggest improvements in that area

Team Collaboration:

• • Ensures that the team's output is delivered and in accordance with the agreed scope of the project
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure review of appropirate deliverable before completing the task.
  • Actively supports and participates in the discussion of new business opportunities that are not related to current projects
  • Supports sales processes with potential clients and ensures that general business goals and client needs are translated into well-defined and profitable projects

Your Experience

• 4 Years of role-related experience
• Excellent written & oral communication skills & active knowledge of the English language
• Demonstrates excellent presentation skills
• Ability to resolve ambiguities related to defining and analyzing requirements
• Exhibit excellent analytical skills and creativity in proposing solutions, selecting the best fit based on the client's business needs
• Knowledge of the structure and purpose of SOW Documentation
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders across the organization
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulatory demands desirable
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL
• Knowledge of DQL desirable
• Basic knowledge of XML
