Position Summary

We are searching for a Senior Consultant to join our Service Delivery team based in Zagreb, Croatia or Novo Mesto, Slovenia. The role will require someone to work a hybrid office schedule (2-3 days in the office per week)

Responsibilities

• Work with product owners/customers to understand product background & business requirements
• Analyze requirements and impact of various scenarios, generate use cases, activity diagrams along with detailed functional specifications document or User Stories for assigned functionality
• Prepare high quality documents with attention to detail and adhering to Best Practices
• Work with Engineering team to ensure they understand all aspects of the requirements to implement the configurations and features in the application
• Test the application before releasing to the customer
• Work with the internal teams to define appropriate solutions to reported customers issues and/or requests
• Understand regulatory updates from different Health Authorities and work with internal teams and customers to ensure successful implementation/deployment in customers environments
• Provide Trainings and Conduct workshops
• Answer queries related to business processes
• Analyze and trouble shoot customers' reported issues that are handed over from support.

Your Experience

• 4 Years of role-related experience
• Excellent written & oral communication skills & active knowledge of the English language
• Demonstrates excellent presentation skills
• Ability to resolve ambiguities related to defining and analyzing requirements
• Exhibit excellent analytical skills and creativity in proposing solutions, selecting the best fit based on the client's business needs
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders across the organization
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulatory demands
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) as well as basic SQL/DQL knowledge
